Twin Shadow just can’t wait. His impatience is expressed in his buzzing single “I Can’t Wait”. The song references what was actually good about 80’s new wave, making listeners immediately think, “I’ve heard this before!” And the long instrumental solo, with building hand claps is just perfect for a music video set inside a dance studio. Throw in Freddie Mercury’s mustache, and Twin Shadow (George Lewis) has a winning combo. His full length debut is title Forget and will be dropping closer to the fall.
