Rockie Fresh and Thelonious Martin on RubyHornet

Rockie Fresh is the definition of winning right now.  The Chicago emcee went to Diddy’s house, is being courted by Rick Ross, and is one of the faces of Chicago’s surging Hip Hop scene.  Last week Rockie hit SoundScape Studio to work with Thelonious Martin and Closed Sessions.  Maybe there was something in the water that day, but Rockie and Thelonious hit it off immediately and went to work on a handful of new records.  Today we give you the first in the collection, “Never Lose”, a smooth cut with a slight boom-bap bounce.  Download the record for free, and also peep the studio video from the recording session.
