Recently, the public got a taste of whats to come from the partnership of Sanctioned and MetroPCS. The communications provider allowed three titans of street art to leave their mark on retail stores in the Harlem and the Bronx. West Coast legend Mister Cartoon hooked up with two East Coast heavyweights, Cope2 and Sen2, to deliver a powerful message.
Fully bombing the windows, the artists left their calling card for the morning commuters to marvel at. Take a look while you can: 115th & Lexington in Harlem; E. Fordham and E. Kingsbridge Road in the Bronx; 3rd and E.151 in the Bronx.

‘Get Lost’ Custom Prints by Douglas Wilson
American artist and graphic designer Douglas Wilson is producing custom, letterpressed prints over orginal, vintage maps of the US and UK for the Keep Calm Gallery. Each print is letterpressed by hand by Wilson on the map of your choice. If you wish, the Keep Calm gallery will assign a map for you. Since collaborating on Bobo’s Meeting of the Minds Vol. 1, the duo have gone on to craft a unique live show: percussionist and turntablist engage in an onstage rhythmic duel, a battle of the beats, while working their way from old-school house cuts up to cutting-edge hip-hop.
The two seasoned veterans converge to deliver fans an eclectic twist on hip-hop: Bobo Meets Rhettmatic, a combination of premium DJ skills from turntablist Rhettmatic and pedigree percussion talent from Bobo.
