Their Ocean is Chicago psych/soul/indie group made of producer K-Kruz aka Keith Kreuser & Jason Hunt. The duo are self-described as, “A cross between Hall and Oates and Arcade Fire if they were friends with The Soulquarians“. Kruz who also played a heavy role in the local Hip-Hop scene working with artists like Diverse, Thaione Davis, The Primeridian & Longshot, is now onto a new style playing drums and singing throughout the EP, with Hunt on keys & guitar. ‘Still Waters’ is a great example of an organic sounding indie pop vibe, surrounded by a heavy soul influence.
