Naledge Vs. Factz

Isn’t it great when music and timing really come together? This week sees the release of Kidz In The Hall’s sophomore album, The In Crowd, around the same time that this yammering about “Hipster Rap” reaches a new volume…Anyway, in connection with both, we thought we’d offer up this joint featuring KITH’s Emcee in Residence, Naledge, going line for line with GFC’s Mickey Factz…Here Factz has the perfect answer for the hipster label…
“I’m alive, fist so high in the sky/can’t lie, I’m in love with labels, no Jive/Still on a quest to find the first tribe/so get your q-tips and please check the rhyme/Obama’s gonna win, Hillary say bye/She only won states cause she cried, twice/and I’m, nice/so should I be classified as hipster rap, nah right…”
Listen to the track below, and grab it from Mickey’s Myspace page…Be sure to check out our exclusive interview with Mr. Factz.
