Check out part two of KarmaloopTV's piece on Brother Ali (part 1 here). In part two, Brother Ali further talks about his experiences relative to parts of his fans, as well as his new album. He says, "I come home and I've lost somebody that I've known since I was a kid, somebody I loved...A friend of mine dead. Now, to people that are outside of that circumstance or that situation, this is just a statistic. Like that's not even a real person to them, but to me that means something. To try to tell the story to these kids in a very human way, this could be somebody that you love. This is the s**t that really means something to me."
