The Beastie Boys took it To The 5 Boroughs (had to start the week with a Beastie reference)...Anyway, LL Cool J announces today that "The Five Boroughs Is Back" all of them...good use of Kanye's "in the hooouuuse..." LL is joined by Jim Jones, Method Man, KRS-ONE, and Lil' Kim. This is my favorite LL song in years. LL sounds perfectly at home over the rock infused beat. I have heard that LL's new album is going to be harder than recent releases, and I hope this is the direction of things to come...F**k it, I'll just throw it out there...We need a LL X Rick Rubin LP...Anyway, Download the track here.
