Ground Up: “Hold Me Down” feat Action Bronson

Philly’s Ground Up popped on our radar in 2010, after a series of very strong video releases and their 2011 mixtape, Up Late. Then, they short of disappeared. Today I got a new track from the promising trio entitled “Hold Me Down” featuring Action Bronson. The production here is funky and soulful, perfectly fitting for Bronson and Ground Up’s emcees Azar & Malaki to all get off. This is a very solid record and makes me look forward to the September come back release from Ground Up, Supernatural.
