Barack Obama continues his "award tour" (Tribe Called Quest anyone?), addressing issues of world security and partnership in Berlin, Germany. I was fortunate enough to catch this yesterday afternoon when it was televised on CNN. Part 1 is above, Parts 2 and 3 of the speech follow below.

I know, you're probably wondering why we have posted a McDonald's commercial on RubyHornet...Well, besides the under the table money that this post is going to make me (just kidding), it's actually a post celebrating one of Chicago's illest DJs, DJ Mental. If you've ever listened to WNUR, or gone to Alive One's Hip Hop Friday then you've undoubtedly heard/seen him rock on the wheels of steel. He can even make Felli Fell look good, as he supplies the scratches for this Mickey Deez commercial. Props Mr. Mental...

New Gza and Rza hit my mailbox last night while I was sleeping...But, better late than never. Here we have new joints from each. The first is "Alphabets" off Gza's forthcoming new LP, Protools. Next we have the "Afro Samurai Resurrection" from the Rza. Unfortunately, no audio contains Bill Murray...Check out the tracklist/production credits for Protools below.

 5 & A Dime teamed up with Crooks & Castles for the "Greatness Tee." The collab is a remix design of the Guinness Brewery logo, which is a classic, and Benny Rocs' favorite beer. This tee is a must cop for me, just for the fact that it's a Guinness inspired tee and has Crooks & Castles on it.
